Referral Program Legal Notice
Our referral program is designed to reward individuals who share our product through a unique referral link
or QR code. When a customer creates a Bizity.com account using your referral ID and completes a qualifying
purchase, you may be eligible to receive a referral fee as outlined in the program terms.
Referral fees are earned for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date the customer becomes a Bizity.com
user, as determined by the account creation date recorded in our system. No referral fees will accrue beyond
this one-year period, regardless of subsequent purchases, renewals, or subscription activity.
Referral fees are calculated as a percentage of the qualifying final purchase amount
(after any discounts or coupons are applied), excluding taxes, shipping (rare for digital products),
and any other fees. The specific referral percentage may vary based on the product or service
purchased and is subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify referral percentages
at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
For subscription-based or ongoing services, referral fees may apply only to the initial payment, or to
recurring payments for a limited period, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to define whether a
referral applies to a single transaction, a limited number of billing cycles, or a fixed time window within
the one-year eligibility period.
To protect against fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, and other forms of payment reversal, referral fees
are subject to a holding period of up to ninety (90) days before becoming eligible for payout. During this
period, all qualifying transactions are reviewed and validated. Referral fees associated with refunded,
disputed, reversed, or fraudulent transactions are void and will not be paid.
Once a referral fee becomes eligible for payout, it will be included in the next available payment cycle
for the referrer. Our current standard payment cycle is processed at the end of each calendar month.
We reserve the right to adjust payment schedules, payout timing, and payment cycles at any time, including
moving to different frequencies or processing windows, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Referral fees are considered taxable income. Participants are solely responsible for determining and
fulfilling any tax obligations that apply in their jurisdiction. In accordance with U.S. tax regulations,
we may be required to collect additional information and issue a Form 1099-NEC for any participant who earns
six hundred dollars (USD $600) or more in a calendar year.
To comply with reporting requirements, we may request identifying and payment information such as your legal
name, mailing address, and taxpayer identification number before issuing payments. Failure to provide
required information may delay or prevent payout.
Referral attribution, earnings calculations, and payout amounts are determined by our internal tracking
systems. While we take reasonable measures to ensure accuracy, all referral data is subject to validation.
Our records shall be considered the authoritative source for determining referral eligibility and payment
amounts.
In the event of a technical error, system outage, miscalculation, or data synchronization issue, our sole
obligation is limited to correcting the error and paying any properly owed referral fees once identified.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from referral
tracking, reporting, or payment issues.
Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or commission-based
sales relationship. Participants act independently and have no authority to bind, negotiate for, or represent
our company in any capacity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, including changes to
referral percentages, attribution windows, payout structures, holding periods, payment schedules, or
eligible products and services, with reasonable notice where practicable.
By using or sharing a referral link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
