What is the difference between a survey and a poll?
A survey can have multiple questions of different types (multiple choice, rating, text). A poll is a single-question survey designed for quick, focused feedback. Both support voting and leaderboards.
Can I let my audience submit their own answer options?
Yes. When you enable "user-submitted options" on a question, respondents can add their own answers which other people can then vote on. Great for brainstorming and open-ended ideation.
How does voting work?
Any survey option can be voted on (independently of survey responses). Votes appear on a real-time leaderboard with rankings and percentages. Each user gets one vote per option, and you can enable per-question or per-survey vote limits.
Who can see my survey results?
You control this. Choose from: show results live as they come in, show only after the survey closes, show only after someone submits their response, or keep results completely private (owner-only). You can also export results as CSV or JSON at any time.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Survey owners can export all response data as CSV (Excel-compatible) or JSON. Exports include timestamps, respondent info, and all answer data. Perfect for analysis in spreadsheets or importing into your own systems.
